Options
The following check boxes provide additional options:
Exit after action: The Barcode driver is closed after the action complete
Print after action: Once the action is complete the record on screen is printed. This checkbox is ignored if the action selected is Print record.
Ignore case: the case of the scanned data and the record field’s data is ignored in attempting to match a record to the scanned data.
Ignore spaces: spaces in the scanned data and the record field’s data is ignored in attempting to match a record to the scanned data. This is essential when scanning for postcodes which usually have spaces included in the human readable form but not in the barcodes.
Auto repeat: when selected the next scan start from the next record in the database – not the first record.
Show scan data: the data transmitted by the barcode scanner is allowed to remain visible in the barcode driver text box; otherwise it is immediately removed.
