Driver settings
Setting the options for the barcode driver is accomplished by selecting Driver Settings from the Barcode driver menu (which appears alongside the driver’s textbox).
For most simple operations the user needs to select the field that will be matched against the scan data – or check the All fields checkbox to allow all fields to be tested.
The Action required on a successful match may be selected from the drop down list in the Action on enter area.
For AnyLabels own databases (and writable CSV data files) the Action list includes additional items, such as Add record and Add value to field. Some Actions make use of a target field and an “Action value” as described below.
