InstantPrint
InstantPrint allows a label to be printed with one field of text pasted in or entered into a dialog box simply by pressing the F9 key. If the Auto-paste checkbox is checked the text content of the clip-board are used. NO database fields are available in InstantPrint mode – any fieldnames defined in a template are removed and replaced by a single fieldname “InstantPrint” when InstantPrint is enabled. A text element on the label should have its source pointed to the field named “InstantPrint”.
Enabling InstantPrint adds a additional item to the File menu – IntantPrint – F9. Pushing F9 or selecting this item instantly prints a label using the options in the Advanced Options dialog, which include the option to display the Print dialog, and the option to use AutoPaste.
